Little Cottonwood Canyon: White Pine trailhead to White Pine, Red Pine, and out Maybird.

Elevations: 6,200′ – 10,000′

Part of our route as seen from Dromedary. The trailhead is over a mile off to the left.

Traversing into Red Pine before sun up. Wish i had brought my tripod.

 Cottonwood Ridge.

Broads Fork Twin Peaks and Lisa Falls Couloir.

Sunrise and Dromedary with Tanners Gulch.

White Pine and Little Pine Couloir.

Pink Pine Chute.

At the top of The Tube, we were greeted by intense snow and hurricane winds.

The Obelisk.

One last pitch.

And some crazy wind effect on the ridges.

Dropping!

3,100′ of vert to the creek and first tracks!

This thing just keeps going.

And going.

Countless pillows and gaps with your classic side walls slashes.

More berries? Too bad Kevin isnt here to eat them.

Somehow crossed the raging river and skinned up to the road.

From the highway lookin back at the last 1/3 of the chute.

The powder couldnt of been any better and i cant think of a more variable run.

Thanks for showin me this one Mark!
